Appointments at Casa de Glam are intentionally scheduled to provide an elevated, one-on-one experience for every guest. Each service is thoughtfully planned to allow ample time, attention to detail, and an unrushed appointment from start to finish. To maintain this level of care, appointments are limited and booked with intention.Booking Policies
Rescheduling:
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. This allows me the opportunity to adjust my schedule and potentially offer the appointment to another guest.Deposits:
Deposits are applied toward your service on the day of your appointment and are forfeited if cancellation policies are not met. All deposits and consultation are nonrefundable.Cancellations:
• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service total.Business Hours & Availability
Casa de Glam is a one-on-one, by appointment only salon suite. As a one woman business, I thoughtfully schedule each guest to ensure a personalized and uninterrupted experience.Please respect my business hours and allow up to 48 hours for all responses regarding appointments or inquiries.My regular days off are Tuesday and Saturday.Client agreement
